Payment

PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly in our online store of Lagerwerk. After confirming your purchase, you will automatically be redirected to the PayPal confirmation page and can log in there with your access data. You access your stored payment data at PayPal instead of entering them again. If you are new to PayPal, you can open a PayPal account and then confirm your payment. Orders are processed faster because payment is approved in a matter of seconds. The delivery of your order can be made immediately if available (for parcel goods with payment received by 2 pm on the same day, otherwise the next business day).  

Shop quickly and easily using the information stored in your Amazon customer account. After confirming your purchase, you will automatically be redirected to the Amazon confirmation page and can log in there with your access data. You access your stored payment data at Amazon instead of entering them again. You are protected by the A to Z guarantee - just like shopping on Amazon. Orders are processed faster because payment is approved in a matter of seconds. Delivery of your order can be made immediately if available (for parcel goods with payment received by 2 pm on the same day, otherwise on the next business day). 

Prepayment means that we will send you the goods after receipt of payment. After receipt of order you will receive an order confirmation by email. Included are the article overview, our bank details and your order number. Please transfer the total invoice amount to our account within 10 days. After this amount has been credited to our account, your ordered item(s) will be shipped as soon as possible (for parcel goods with payment received until 2 pm on the same day, otherwise on the next working day). Please note that wire transfer may take some bank working days, within Germany 1-2, from abroad 1-3 days.

Through our payment service provider Adyen you can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, iDeal, AliPay, Bancontact, Diners Club, Discover, JCB or UnionPay. Choose your preferred payment method from various options and confirm the payment in the separate window. The goods will be shipped as soon as possible (parcel goods with payment received by 2 pm on the same day, otherwise on the next business day), provided that the payment amount has been authorized by Adyen. Your credit card account will be charged during the payment process. After entering your card details, you will be automatically redirected via our payment service provider Adyen to a page of your bank or savings bank, the appearance of which we have no influence. You will also be asked for confirmation there. Note on the security of credit card data: We use the "Secure Card Data" procedure in our webshop, i.e. we basically do not store any credit card data in our webshop.

Since the January 1, 2021, customers in Europe will generally have to provide double identification when making online card payments. This new regulation is intended to provide increased security for your online payment. This new security level is called two-factor authentication.
By checking two independent security features, it is guaranteed that a payment on the Internet can only be made by you. Depending on the bank, this can be a fingerprint scan in a banking app or a one-time SMS password, for example.
To be able to pay online using your credit card, it is best to contact your bank directly and register once for two-factor authentication and install the corresponding app on your mobile device.
