Shipping & Delivery

Shipping takes place on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) via DHL, UPS, FedEx, GoExpress as well as freight forwarding, depending on the size, weight, and shipping destination of the goods.

Shipping is generally carried out in accordance with Incoterms® DAP (Delivered at Place). This means we deliver to the specified delivery address; customs duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient. Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.

The applicable shipping costs are shown in the tables below and in the shopping cart and depend on the weight and dimensions of the goods, the destination country, and the selected shipping method (standard or express).

Please inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt for transport damage or packaging defects. Obvious damage must be noted and confirmed directly with the carrier. Please contact us immediately if any damage is discovered.

 Germany

Shipping within Germany is insured and carried out as a parcel via UPS, DHL or Go! or from 30 kg as freight via a forwarding agent and for parcel orders received on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) by 1:00 p.m. on the day of the order, otherwise on the next business day. 

Delivery takes place within 1 to 2 business days (UPS/DHL Standard), within 2 to 4 business days (freight forwarding) or on the next business day (UPS Express 12 noon / Go! Express 9 a.m.) after dispatch to almost any address in Germany.

Europe

Shipping within Europe is insured to the specified countries and zones via UPS or from 30 kg via a freight forwarder and for parcel orders received on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) by 1:00 p.m. on the day of the order, otherwise on the next business day. 

Delivery takes place within 2 to 4 business days (UPS Standard), within 3 to 5 business days (freight forwarding), or on the next business day (UPS Express) to almost all major business centers in Europe. 

Europe Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

Europe Zone 2: Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Great Britain, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Northern Ireland, North Macedonia, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Spain (Canary Islands), Switzerland

International

Shipping is insured to the specified zones and countries via FedEx international air freight and for parcel orders received by 1:00 p.m. on the day of the order, otherwise on the next business day.
Delivery is within the Economy service in 2 to 5 business days (Zone 1) or 3 to 7 business days (Zone 2) and as Express in the Priority service in 1 to 3 business days (Zone 1) after dispatch.
