Information

We usually ship worldwide via UPS Standard and UPS Express. The shipping costs are based on the weight and size of the goods, the destination and the shipping method (standard or express). For some countries additional duties, taxes and / or other charges may apply, which we cannot accept. The fees are always depending on the content, size and value of the package and may vary accordingly. 

Please check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt for damage to the packaging or the goods. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can solve the problem. For a later indication of the damage there is no liability by the consignor / insurance.

Standard delivery 

Standard - Germany

Insured shipping within Germany by UPS Standard or, for orders over 30 kg, by a freight forwarding company.

Delivery takes place within 1 to 2 working days (UPS standard) or 2 to 4 working days (freight forwarding company).

Standard - Europe 

Insured shipping within Europe to the specified countries and zones by UPS Standard or, for orders over 30 kg, by a freight forwarding company.

Delivery takes place within 2 to 4 working days (UPS standard) or 3 to 5 working days (freight forwarding company).

Insured shipping within Germany by GO! Express Plus (9 a.m.) or UPS Express (12 a.m.).
If the order is received by 2:00 p.m. on working days, delivery will be done on the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) by 9:00 a.m. or 12:00 p.m. to almost any address in Germany.

Express - Europe

Insured shipping within Europe to the specified countries and zones by UPS Express.
If the order is received by 2:00 p.m. on working days, delivery will be done on the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) by 9:00 a.m. or 12:00 p.m. to almost any economic centres in Europe.

Delivery information
Your order will be delivered by a service provider of our choice such as UPS or by a freight forwarder. Most express deliveries are made by UPS.
If the first delivery does not reach anyone, the delivery person will drop a corresponding receipt with a service telephone number in your letterbox. You can then arrange a new delivery (also to an alternative address) directly with the delivery service provider or, if necessary, pick up the shipment at a local branch. We will automatically inform you by e-mail when the delivery has been done or when the item has been handed over to the carrier.
You can track the status of the shipment at any time using the parcel number and the tracking link contained in the dispatch e-mail. Link to UPS tracking: here
