FAQ and Help


Everything about your order

1. How many pieces can I order? 
If you have opened your desired article in our shop (your article for example has the item number LW10133), under "Order quantity" you can see how many items are in stock. A re-order of sold out items is not possible, as we receive our articles only in limited quantities from stock releases or auctions.

2. Can I order an additional article after the booking?  
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can change the order. Therefore, please contact our staff in any case. 

3. Can I order items that you do not offer?   
No, unfortunately, we can only offer products which are shown in our shop.

4. Is there a minimum order quantity or a minimum quantity surcharge?  
With us you can order without minimum order quantity or a small quantity surcharge. 

5. What are the shipping costs within Germany?  
Within Germany, the price for parcel delivery is 4.90 Euro, as long as they do not exceed 31.5 kg. The prices for heavier packages can be found here 

6. Is it possible to receive the ordered good via express delivery?  
For shipping at the same day, an order for express delivery must be placed by 2 pm. Whether express shipping is still possible later, that can only be discussed personally on the telephone. 


Everything about shipping / customs

1. Delivery duration  
From Monday to Friday, orders placed before 2 pm. will be shipped at the same day and the transport period within Germany is 1-3 business days. On request, express delivery worldwide is possible. The shipping time to all countries outside Germany varies very strongly. Please send us an e-mail if you have a question concerning the delivery time. 

2. Which carrier is supplying my goods?  
We ship with UPS and large packages with different hauliers. After the goods have been shipped, you will receive an automatic e-mail with the number of the parcel. This allows you to track the path of your package.

3. Is it possible to send the ordered good with our shipping company, e.g. TNT / DHL / FEDEX?  
We also ship with other companies than UPS. Please provide us with your personal transport company and your customer number while ordering.

4. How much are the shipping costs?   
For deliveries within Germany up to 31.5 kg we charge 4,90 Euro. The shipping rates for other European countries vary strongly. Please have a look at our price list: here

5. How can I track my shipment?   
Our shipping service provider UPS will automatically send emails to you on the status of your shipment. Under: UPS Tracking you can enter your shipment number and then check the status of your shipment at any time.

 6. Is a on-site pick-up possible? 
Of course, you can pick-up your goods personally at our Dresden location. Please let us know in advance so that you do not have to wait long and the right staff can answer all your questions on site. Cash payment is also possible on site.


All about payment options

1. What methods of payment do you offer? 
PayPal, cash in advance with bank transfer, cash on delivery and Amazon payment. After your purchase in our shop you can use all payment methods immediately.

2. Can I buy on account? 
In exceptional cases (e.g. for research facilities or other public companies) we invoice items. Please ask our staff in advance via email or telephone.

3. Is it possible to change the invoice address afterwards? 
The invoice address can only be changed as long as the invoice has not yet been created. Therefore, please write an e-mail to our employees as soon as possible.

4. Do I have to pay customs duties for consignments abroad? 
We prepare all documents for the customs authorities for shipments to countries such as the USA, China etc. But we cannot tell you in advance whether and how much a customs duty is to pay within your country of desire. This depends on the local customs regulations.


Further general questions:

1. How long does Lagerwerk take to provide with sold-out items? 

Since we only buy remaining stocks of companies and auctions, we cannot reorder sold-out items.    

 2. Does Lagerwerk sell new or used articles? 
We sell the following items: new and used. We also classify "used" articles for products, which were unused, but possibly opened for photo purposes. If you have any questions, just send us an e-mail.

3. Is there a warranty on the function of the product? 
We sell our items all with a 4 week warranty. Should a defect be detected, contrary to expectations, please contact us directly.    

4. How can I get an invoice without VAT? 
This applies only to shipments within countries of the European Union (not Germany, Switzerland, Norway). Please send us your valid VAT number together with your order. Then we can send you an invoice without VAT.    

5. Do you also buy items? 
Yes, we buy used and new items, but exclusively from companies. Please send us an overview with photos, so we can evaluate the articles and send you an offer.


All about "Return of damaged goods":

1. I have received a defective item - What should I do? 
If already the package is detected as damaged at the time of the package acceptance, you should inform the delivery man immediately and take pictures of the still closed package or/and the damaged product and send us an e-mail. With this information, we can determine why the article has been broken, how we proceed and when we can retrieve the defective item from you again.

2. Can you give support on technical questions?  
For technical questions of any kind, we will be glad to help you. Therefore, please use our contact form and give us your telephone number, so that we can call you back quickly.

3. Do you ship all items (used and new) with suitable accessories such as certificates, software or instructions for use?  
Since we get all our articles from stock resolutions or auctions, we sell the products exactly as photographed or described on our homepage: Everything what is not shown in our shop also is not part of the sales product.

4. How long do I have a return? 
As we sell to business customers, you have a return of 4 weeks. If a product does not work, please send us photos or information about your problems.
