Marposs S.p.A. Transducer Conditioning Interface, 6746003101, TCl 1

Model: 6746003101
Type: TCl1
Condition: Used

Technical Data:
24V DC
30mA

General:
Description:
The TCI converter module is designed to convert signals from LVDT or HBT transducers to produce compatible signals with most analog data acquisition cards.

The output signal can be acquired by PLC analog cards to control the process and processed by SCADA monitoring systems.

The module unit is calibrated and plug & play, which simplifies installation and maintenance and reduces machine downtime.

Benefits:
  • The transducer is easy to install as it is calibrated during manufacture based on the sensor model used.
  • Compatible with most available sensors
  • Extremely adaptable
  • Reliable and robust

Technical data:
  • Operating temperature: 0 °C to +50 °C
  • Mechanical bandwidth: 500 Hz (typ.)

Supply voltage:
  • ± 15 V DC ± 5 %
  • ± 12 V DC ± 5 %
  • 24 V DC ± 10 %

Voltage output signal:
  • ± 5 V
  • ± 10 V
  • 0-10 V (max. output current: ± 1 mA)

  • Current output signal: 4-20 mA (load impedance max. 250 Ohm, min. 100 Ohm)
